We are Smartsupp, a team of 55 enthusiasts, working on global SaaS (software as a service) in Brno. Smartsupp is conversational ecommerce platform that combines AI, chatbots and live chat to engage visitors, automatically convert leads and deliver personalized shopping experience. Our live chat is #1 in Central Europe, with biggest market share in the Visegrad group. We are established market player with 96 000 active websites with 431M visitors / month and localization in 9 languages.

🔥 What are we working on now?

At the moment , we are working on building & optimizing Smartsupp AI Mira—an AI shopping assistant made to help businesses sell more and answer their customers' questions, automatically, 24/7. We're building the best AI shopping assistant in the world. We're also working on integrating Smartsupp wth other channels, so our users can connect different tools, chanels and tech in Smartsupp.  We're also very focused on improving our chatbot functioanlity and the related feature set, so they're easy to build, even faster to publish and more useful in facilitating sales and automating the customer support. 

🤖 Our technology Stack (for the techies out there :)

We use modern technologies that have passed the "test of fire". At the core of our stack is TypeScript. The backend is built on Node.js. We have a database in PostgreSQL, MariaDB and Elastics. The servers run on Amazon Web Services. We code the frontend of the web application in React and Svelte. We use PHP/Nette in a few places (there is always some legacy code :). Our code lives on Github.

🧰 What tools do we use internally?

What tools do we use internally? We use YouTrack for task management and Slack for team communication. We handle company mail and documents via G Suite from Google. Other most common used tools in Smartsupp are Notion, Miro and Confluence.
